Location:Vintage Tea Emporium – 38 Market Place, Uttoxeter, ST14 8HP Salary Range:£28,000 – £38,000 per annum (Performance-based bonuses available after 12 months) Company:Emporium Restaurants Ltd About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivatedDigital Marketing Executivewho thrives in a creative, fast-paced food and hospitality environment. You’ll play a key role in building our brand identity, increasing online visibility, driving business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) engagement, and boosting footfall through digital campaigns, social media, and strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)Manage all company social media accounts and respond to engagement in real-timeCreate compelling content (copy, graphics, video) aligned with brand voice and seasonal themesBuild and nurture B2B and B2C leads via email marketing, outreach, and business networkingUse analytics tools to monitor performance and adjust strategies for maximum impactMaintain and update the company website and blog with relevant and current contentCoordinate with in-house teams for promotions, menus, and eventsPlan, support and attend local pop-up events or collaborations as part of marketing strategySupport the sales team with digital tools, presentations, and collateralWhat You’ll Need:Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creationFamiliarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.Strong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of SEO, content marketing, and audience engagement strategiesAbility to think creatively and execute projects with minimal supervisionPassion for food, hospitality, and building customer experiencesPreferred But Not Essential:Experience in B2B marketing or sales lead generationExperience working in hospitality, food, or lifestyle industriesWhat We’re Looking For:Energetic and innovative individuals who understand digital trendsConfidence in representing the brand online and offlineStrong team player with leadership potentialWillingness to relocate to Staffordshire or work from Uttoxeter baseHow to Apply:If you’re excited about growing a brand, connecting with audiences, and bringing creative ideas to life — we’d love to hear from you!
