This is a hands-on role for someone who knows hospitality inside out, can run a busy service without breaking a sweat, and has the leadership skills to keep both the team and customers happy. Youll be the General Managers right hand overseeing smooth day-to-day operations, keeping standards sky-high, and making sure every guest leaves with the feeling theyve just found their new favourite place. Youll need solid experience managing a busy restaurant, confidence across both bar and floor, and a sharp eye for detail.
