Senior Finance Manager

Job Description We are partnered with a globally recognised, market-leading manufacturing business seeking to appoint a Senior Finance Manager to join their finance team just outside of Uttoxeter.This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to step into a senior position within a fast-paced, growth focused environment. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making and leading a small team while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.Key responsibilities: Support the Financial Controller in delivering accurate financial reporting, including P&L, variance analysis and performance insights. Oversee monthly accounts, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Act as a key business partner, providing clear financial analysis and influencing decision-making across the business. Lead, develop, and mentor a small finance team while managing year-end processes and external audit relationships.Key requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong financial reporting experience. Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights. Experience in business partnering and building strong stakeholder relationships.
