HR Business Partner

Client: BAE Systems Job Title: HR Business Partner Duration: 12 months Location : Glascoed - hybrid Hourly Rate: 30.00 PAYE or 40.33 Umbrella Working Arrangements: - 37hrs per week Key Responsibilities : Business Partnering with the Glascoed and Central Manufacturing teams, alongside Business support functions as a when required in collaboration with the wider HR function Contribute to the development of the business People Strategy and supporting People Plan, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives Aligning HR schemes and solutions with the business requirements and objectives and ensuring successful embedding of enterprise and business HR schemes and initiatives Providing market/business insights to inform development of the business People Plan Skills & Qualifications : 5 years HR experience, preferably as a HRBP Experience of understanding business requirements, translating into appropriate HR solutions and delivering within budget/timescales Operating HR in an engineering/manufacturing or project based organisation an advantage Experience of HR in a unionised business essential Formal qualification in HR i.e CIPD Level 5-7 Project/strategic HR experience highly desirable If you would like to be considered for this role please don't hesitate to click apply or call Vanessa Swindells on 0161 240 6226 for more information.
