Are you an excellent communicator with strong customer service experience?Looking for a role where you can work alongside a Planning Team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full?Do you strive to go the extra mile for your customer?If so, we have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator Wholesale to join our Wholesale Sales team here at Craghoppers The Impact you will have in this role is: Order processing Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner, correctly priced and individual customer requirements such as booking in processes are adhered toAssist with coordination and delivery of all salesman samplesEnsure orders for Marketing team are processed and delivered on time to global destination(s)Create accurate Customs paperwork for all customer and Marketing orders as requiredStock Management Management of stock issues, working alongside the Planning Team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in fullProactive management of customer orderbook including preorders, in season orders and back orders, ensuring timely updates to customers regarding PO due datesCustomer Profile Maintain database of all customers details and profilesCustomer Support Ensure all daily order business is completed on time including sending stock availability reportsManage and update customer specific ordering portals with order details as requiredMaintain regular contact with customer via phone and emailAssist with ad hoc administrative tasks as requiredSelf-management Reinforce and act as an ambassador for the Regatta Group Company ValuesMaintain meaningful Personal Development PlanTake steps to constantly refresh understanding of best practice and knowledge of business performanceA full job description outlining all deliverables and requirements for the above can be found attached to the advert on our careers page.
