Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities:The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.Distributing spare parts to a large team of mechanics that are repairing e-bikes and e-scooters.Monitor inventory levels and flag when we have low or excess stock.Conducting monthly audits for spare parts, equipment and supplies.Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.Ordering spare parts, tools and warehouse supplies.Receiving and preparing shipments for the warehouse.Other various tasks as assigned.About You:? Proven work experience as an Inventory/Stock Controller or similar role.? Strong organisational skills.? Good maths skills and analytical skills.? Good communicator with the ability to follow instructions.? Familiarity in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).? Effective time-management skills.? Must be comfortable to work in a face paced environment.? Previous forklift experience is beneficial but not compulsory.?
