The role is one of six seniornconsultants with a various specialist skillsets supported by annEngineering manager and a team of six Principal Engineers (of ansolid submarine industry and ex submariner backgrounds). Sittingnoutside of the programmes engineering management, EPAD provides annindependent risk-based assessment on the effectiveness ofngovernance, engineering management, and internal controls acrossnLevel 1 & 2 assurance activities. The Level 3 output alsonprovides an independent view to the Engineering Authority (EA) andnsenior programme stakeholders on product/design maturity andnidentifies areas where intervention or improvement may be required.nWhen appropriate the Level 3 activity should also draw uponnpan-functional mutual assurance in accordance with IndependentnInternal Assurance.nWhy BAEnSystems?This is a place where youll be ablento make a real difference.
