**Instrumentation Maintenance Specialist**">We are currently seeking a skilled Instrumentation Engineer to join our team, with a clear and supported pathway to develop electrical engineering capabilities.This role is offered initially as a single-skilled position, with the opportunity to upskill into a flexi-skilled role through our in-house technical training programme.The starting salary for this role is £38,462, with progression to £44,320 once fully trained and signed off in the secondary skill. This is an excellent opportunity for career development within a supportive and forward-thinking engineering environment.You will be responsible for implementing an efficient instrumentation maintenance and installation service, analysing faults, rectifying and ensuring correct instrumentation and systems-based equipment. You will perform planned and proactive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and internal company policies.To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to work in a team but also alone, be resilient, self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and possess the required technical competence.
