Job DescriptionGround Worker Starting from 29,000 per annum + benefits Uckfield, East Sussex TN22The RoleDo you have experience in civil groundwork and operating plant machinery? Are you confident working outdoors as part of a skilled, hands-on team?Moody Sewage is looking for a Ground Worker to support our installation team Uckfield. Youll help deliver a range of tasks from digging and concrete works to pipe installation and site set-up. Working closely with the Installation team leader, youll play a key role in keeping each job safe, efficient and completed to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with excavations (machine and hand-dig), pipe laying and concrete works.Operate small plant machinery (e.g., diggers, compactors, mixers).Support basic electrical and mechanical tasks under guidance.Handle sewage and water systems with safety and care.Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles in good condition.Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.Join toolbox talks and briefings, raising any risks you notice.Wear correct PPE and represent the company in a professional manner.About Our CompanyMoody Sewage is a trusted, family-run business based in East Sussex.
