Job Description Join Our Team: Application Automation Engineer / Robotic Engineer – DWP Garage Project We are seeking a talented Application Automation Engineer to join our Software Engineering team and collaborate on the DWP Garage project, partnering with the UK Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), a leading government organization responsible for welfare and pension policy across the United Kingdom. What You’ll Do: - Design and implement predictive and intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency. - Drive automation of delivery analytics to gather actionable insights from data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and innovation. - Lead workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in automation. - Provide solutions to complex problems, supporting both your immediate team and multiple cross-functional teams. - Continuously explore and implement new technologies to advance automation initiatives. - What We’re Looking For: - Advanced proficiency in UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA). - Strong knowledge of Data & AI Solution Architecture, Automation Systems, and Technological Innovation. - Experience in team collaboration, project management, and stakeholder engagement. - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data trends into actionable automation strategies. - Passion for innovation and continuous learning in automation and AI technologies.
