Training Coordinator Twickenham Full-time, Site-based early start times (6.30am 7.30am) Permanent Are you a detail-driven coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys making a real impact on peoples development journeys? Were looking for a confident and proactive individual to take ownership of training logistics, data reporting, and administrative coordination for a busy operational training team. This is a hands-on role where youll be the central hub for training activities from managing induction days and liaising with instructors, to producing insightful reports and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. What Youll Be Doing Assign trainees, manage room bookings, and ensure training buses are ready to roll. Help organise assessments and induction sessions for new starters. Oversee training records, update HR systems, and supervise a Training Administrator. Generate reports from HR systems to support decision-making and budget planning. Maintain accreditation standards and ensure health 'safety procedures are followed. Process trainee payroll details and raise purchase orders. What Youll Bring Proven experience in a busy coordination or administrative role. Strong Excel skills pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis are second nature to you. Confident communicator with a warm, professional approach. Comfortable leading sessions and giving clear instructions to groups. Highly organised, accurate, and able to juggle multiple priorities. Experience with HR databases or purchasing systems is a plus. The Environment Youll be based in a collaborative, open-plan office alongside a passionate training team. Expect a mix of face-to-face coordination, phone/email communication, and hands-on admin. Interviews will be held via Teams asap followed by an in-person meeting.
