We have enjoyed a 20-year relationship with our friends in Japan and around the world over 7,000 of them, producing innovative and market-leading solutions across the globe.The roleWe're looking for a dynamic and ambitious Creative Producer with experience gained in a creative agency to join our team and manage the delivery of multiple projects across several of our alcohol, tech and beauty brands.You'll understand how an integrated agency works and have demonstrable experience managing projects from brief through creative development, into production and through to final delivery with creativity, rigorous quality control and commercial awareness throughout. You're someone who can work as part of a team but is happy to take the lead when it's needed; someone who gets things done with confidence, pace and diligence.What you'll be doingManaging multiple, fast-paced project workstreams to budget, time and specificationProducing cost estimates, time plans and scopes of work across projectsDriving projects through all stages from briefing to post-production and deliveryWorking closely with Senior Creative Producers to develop production solutions that enhance creative outputSourcing and managing third-party production partners scoping, negotiating fees and handling contractual agreementsLiaising confidently with clients on project status and contributing to presentationsSupporting resource planning and creative workflow scheduling with the wider Production teamLeading project reconciliation and creating learnings documentation for continuous improvementWhat we're looking forAt least two years' experience in an integrated agency environment Hands-on experience across digital, print and film content projectsExceptional attention to detail and a high standard of deliveryA passion for creative excellence and an enthusiasm for innovationA positive, dynamic presence someone who makes the team and the work betterWhat's in it for youSalary 30,000 37,500 depending on experience21 days holiday (rising to 26 with length of service), birthdays off, and office closed over Christmas period with no need to take annual leave - up to 36 days annual leaveExtra day off for your birthdayPrivate medical insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgrammeSalary sacrifice pension schemeFlexible/hybrid working (Mondays and Fridays working remotely - Tues - Thurs in the agency)Car parking permitIf this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.Please note we are only looking for people who can commit to working in our Tunbridge Wells based agency Tuesday to Thursday each weekSouthpaw is an equal opportunity employer.
