Due to an increase in work demands, we are looking to engage temporary additional workforce supporting the management of complex employment casework.Key activities involve the role supporting and advising on employment matters, advising on a varied caseload across the full range of employment processes, and contributing to employment policy and practice developments. The role will require diligence and close interpretation of process, legislation, guidance and best practice in employment processes - good experience of employment casework is essential. The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues is a key feature to the success of the role, holding professional and trusted relationships with managers, specialists and employee representatives.In order to be successful in this assignment, you will need to be highly self-motivated and accustomed to working proactively and autonomously.
