Want to be part of a small, skilled team where your trade really matters?Were a friendly, well-established construction company based just outside Truro, and were on the lookout for a Mason / Multi-skilled Mason Operative to join us on a range of rewarding projects across central and west Cornwall.The roleYoull be working on everything from heritage refurbishments to extensions and conversions often seeing a job through from start to finish. Its steady, year-round work with no need to chase your next job.Youll be part of a close-knit team, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Some days youll be on one site for weeks, other times you might move between jobs it keeps things interesting.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral masonry and wet trades blocklaying, rendering, stonework, paving and more so no two days are the sameFollow jobs from start to finish, giving you real ownership of the buildWork alongside trusted subcontractors (electrical, mechanical, flooring) were all on the same teamHandle setting-out, drainage and light demo work use your full skillset and stay sharpFlex between working solo and as part of a team we trust you to do the job rightAbout our companyWere based in Threemilestone and work all over central and west Cornwall.
