Organisational Change Consultant

Job DescriptionVenesky-Browns client, a public sector organisation in Truro, is currently looking to recruit a HR Organisational Change Consultant for an initial 6 month fixed term contract on a salary of 64,455/annum. This role will require to be on-site at least 3 days per week.Responsibilities:- Responsible for supporting the management of our organisational change programme. A key focus is to align new organisational design with cultural change, HR policy, and staff engagement, ensuring minimal disruption.Essential Skills:- Significant, demonstrable experience as a Change/Transformation Consultant or Senior HR Business Partner, specifically managing large-scale organisational change within a complex public sector. Trade Union consultation and negotiation experience.- Strong practical knowledge of change management methodologies and project management principles (e.g. PRINCE2).- Detailed understanding of governance and HR policies (Agenda for Change), including the application of change management in a clinical setting.- Highly developed skills in presenting complex, sensitive, and contentious information to senior management and large staff groups, with proven negotiation and influencing capabilities.If you would like to hear more about this opportunity please get in touch.
