The hotel is a popular destination hotel with a 365 day operation which hosts leisure travellers, group travellers, weddings and celebrations as well as special annual eventsWe currently have opportunities for Full Time Restaurant Serversfor our restaurant, bar and events spaces at the hotel. Working within an established team the candidate will be required to provide high standards of service and excellent guest experiences.Knowledge of EpoS systems, guest service, allergens, wines, cocktails and barista skills along with time served working in luxury hotels and/or restaurants would be preferable.Hours of Work: 40 hours per week over 5 days.
