Leisure Duty Manager - Tring 24,000 - 26,000 per annum A leading leisure facility in the Tring area is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join its friendly and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills and take a step into management within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The centre offers a wide range of modern sports and leisure amenities, including a refurbished swimming pool, sports hall, fitness studios, and outdoor sports pitches. We are looking for someone who already has experience working in the leisure industry, understands centre operations and enjoys being part of an active, team-driven environment. You should be confident, organised and comfortable engaging with a wide range of customers throughout the day. While an NPLQ Lifeguard Qualification and Pool Plant Operator certificate are desirable, full training can be provided for the right candidate. You must also be willing to obtain a Enhanced DBS.
