What will you be doing?If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.You will be responsible for supporting Project Managers with all contractual negotiations, costings, variances etc,Must have the ability to see the full contractual process through from set up, negotiation and on-going maintenance of the terms,Preparing monthly cost reports, monitoring cash flow and assist in managing aged debt.Where will you be doing it?Our client is a leading system integrator based in Staffordshire.What you'll need:A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field,Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts,Construction background,Must have the ability to see the full contractual process through from set up, negotiation and on-going maintenance of the terms.We appreciate your CV may not be up to date.
