Electrical Fitter

Working on highly complex mechanical surface science instrumentation for distribution into a worldwide market. Working to detailed instruction sheets and ensuring record keeping in accordance to ISO9001 / 13485. Requirements Evidenced time served electrical fitter or equivalent experience / qualification. Expected 5 years experience of assembly of complex equipment. Good communication skills are required. Ability to input and receive data from PC's Job Responsibilities The wiring & assembly of instruments / assemblies to drawing standards. The verification of parts against the appropriate drawings and/or standards which apply. Low level builds of parts / assemblies. The correct use of tools and processes. To adhere to product specific procedures and completing quality records. To raise NCR / DCR for problem and failure reporting, suggesting and implementing improvements where appropriate. Job Authorities To raise a DCR for corrective action, e.g. drawings / SAMI sheets. To raise NCR for defective parts. TPBN1_UKTJ
