Senior Building Services Manager

Job Title: Building Surveying LeadWe are seeking an experienced Building Surveying Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of building surveyors in providing building surveying services to internal and external clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage and provide technical leadership to a team of building surveyors.Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external clients.Undertake business development activities, including identifying potential new clients and winning work.Manage the commercially sustainable growth of the Building Surveying team.Required Skills and Qualifications:Hold full membership of RICS, as a Building Surveyor, and Chartered Surveyor or equivalent professional body.Demonstrate effective leadership, motivation, influencing and communication skills.Have strong contract administration skills, with experience of JCT and NEC forms of contract.Be competent in the use of NBS Chorus and AutoCAD software.Benefits:Paid volunteering leave.Enhanced Family Friendly Policies.Free Heath and wellbeing services.Training and development schemes.Electric Vehicle Leasing.About Us:We are a company that values diversity and inclusion.
