The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality planning services, working on a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.Key Responsibilities:Lead planning applications from inception through to approval.Provide expert advice to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.Prepare and review planning documents, reports, and assessments.Navigate complex planning issues and provide solutions.Liaise with local authorities, developers, and other key stakeholders.Mentor and support junior team members.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience in planning.Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and processes.Proven track record in managing and delivering planning projects.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Chartered status (RTPI) preferred but not essential.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible working options.Professional development opportunities.Are you interested in this or any other Town Planning job opportunities across the UK?
