Role: Project Coordinator The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.Location: UK (Remote) Company: KellyOCGHiring type: FTC (12 months) with chance to extend SUMMARYProgram Coordinator reports to the Program Manager of KellyOCGs Functional Service Provider (FSP) program and supports FSP organization in providing essential daily administrative tasks related to employee and client support. The FSP program provides centrally managed workforce solutions in primarily Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Regulatory and Medical Affairs along with Clinical Data Management positions across North America, EMEA and APAC.RESPONSIBILITIES:Employee/Consultants ManagementCollaborate with Talent Acquisition team, Human Resource and payroll partners to onboard successful candidates in EMEA and APACPlan IT onboarding and keep track of IT equipmentArrange and take Day 1 onboarding call with new employee/consultantConduct 1on1 calls with program employee/consultant weeklyTrack and retrieve timesheet monthlyKeep record of leave balance and reconsolidate quarterlyOffboarding administrationKeep consultant data updated in databaseFinancial administrationCheck and retrieve expense report from consultantCheck and approve supplier invoices from suppliersCommunicate and confirm cross charges to clientsCollaborate salary increase, bonus and benefits for consultants Support other financial administration activitiesProgram ManagementAssist program manager to monitor program GP Maintain program turnover and retention effortKeey track of program budget Draft program contract independently with client and signature request submission Follow up with PO creation and approval in systemAssist program manager on daily requestsPrepare PPT slides for client meetings and program team meetingsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree preferredMust be very detailed and process-driven oriented, technologically savvy, independent, and capable of working in a flexible environmentVery proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookVery strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to follow standard operating procedures with a high degree of accuracyAble to manage a variety of daily tasks at a continuous paceProven experience as program coordinator or relevant positionAble to build strong relations with stakeholders and colleaguesProficient at managing documents and files
