Composite Trimmer Contract Roles Outside IR35 Up to 35 per hour Day, Night & Weekend shifts available Motorsport sector Were supporting a leading motorsport organisation in their search for experienced Composite Trimmers to join on contract. Multiple shift patterns are available across days, nights, and weekends. The role: Trimming, finishing, and fitting composite components to precise specifications. Reading and working from engineering drawings, patterns, and templates. Using hand and power tools to achieve high-quality finishes. Ensuring all components meet required tolerances and quality standards. Working closely with production and inspection teams to maintain high performance standards. The ideal candidate: Proven experience as a composite trimmer within motorsportor high-performance engineering industries. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight tolerances. Skilled in hand-finishing, fettling, bonding, and assembly of composite components. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to strict deadlines. Flexible to work across different shifts.
