With an entrepreneurial and innovative culture embedded in its DNA,wevalue the dynamic, forward-thinking individuals it employs.Role SummaryThe Head of Revenue will accelerate growth and strengthen execution across the property management platform. This role blends strategic revenue leadership with hands-on operational ownership. The focus is onidentifyingand developing new and existing recurring revenue opportunities, then building the programs, tools, and processes that convert those opportunities into durable results.This leader will manage a team whileremainingdirectly accountable for key revenue and operational outcomes. The role requires strong cross-functional influence to align teams, drive adoption, and deliver consistent service quality and sustained growth.The successful candidate willbe results orientated andensure alignment between pricing strategy and market position to support delivery of financialtargets, by collaborating with Marketing,Leasingand Finance teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue-Identifyand scale revenue opportunities across the portfolio, including rent optimization, ancillary income, and fee-based services.Team Leadership-Lead and develop a high-performing team across revenue management and operations.Accountability-Establisha disciplined operating cadence with clear KPIs tied to asset performance and NOI growth.Market Driven-Leverage data analyticstoidentifyoperational metrics, trends, and market insights.Process-Identifyprocess improvements and ensure consistency in revenue management across the portfolio.Resident Retention-Develop structured renewal strategies to increase retention and reduce vacancy loss that supports retention and long-term asset value.Leasing Strategy-Drive leasing performance through improved pricing strategies, conversion, and occupancy optimization.Reporting-Produce regular reporting on portfolio performanceto Senior Leadership team and other keystakeholders, both internal and externalTechnology-Implement andoptimizetechnology platforms to support revenue operations, reporting, and workflow management.QualificationsProventrack recordof driving NOI growth and scaling operations across a portfolio.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skill.Strong understanding of leasing strategy, pricing, and resident lifecycle management.Experience &Skills10+ years of experience in property managementandrevenue management,ideally within Build to Rent (BTR) or Multi-family (UK or US)Proven experience managingand usingReal PageYieldStaror like platform,along with analyticaltools / softwareAble to analyse complex datasets and producemeaningful and understandable data analysis, forming part of weekly and monthly client reportingStrong business and commercial acumenStrong communicationand presentation skillsProficient in using ExcelPersonal QualitiesResilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth environmentCollaborative team player with a proactive approachCommitted to high performance and continuous improvementRemuneration / Bonus / BenefitsSponsorship:UK work sponsorship/ visaavailableif required.Salary:CompetitiveBonus:Discretionary Bonus SchemeBenefits:25 daysannual leave, Private Health Insurance, Nest Pension Scheme, Company Sick Pay, Cycle to Work SchemeWorking HoursMonday to Friday,9:00 am 6:00 pmSome flexibility may berequiredto accommodatebusiness need whererequiredTravel toCompasRockoperating marketrequiredLocationBaker St, London: 4 days per weekWFH: 1 day per weekEqual Opportunities StatementWe are an Equal Opportunities Employer, committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, andequitableworkplace.
