Job Description PA to Senior ManagementThe Bull Organic Inn has grown a lot since 2019. We now have The Albatross Pizza Shop, our No-Bull Learning programme and Baddaford Farm within our little business ecosystem, and as such we are looking for highly organised PA to help our senior management team. Due to the diverse nature of our businesses this role will be pretty broad in scope, straddling hospitality, food & farming, education and PR. From a tasks and responsibilities perspective the role will involve everything from general administrative tasks & inbox management to marketing, press, governance and scheduling. In short, any activities that assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the business and that help the management team deliver their operational priorities. The PA will be primarily work with our Managing Director, but will they will also work with our wider senior management team including Geetie & Guy Singh-Watson.We think its a really exciting and unusual opportunity for the right person, an opportunity to be part of a business that is truly innovative, ethical and ecological, plus youll get to meet incredible people through our network in food and farming. We have fab staff retention figures, so hopefully that's a testament to it being a great business to be part of!Essentials:-Be highly proficient with Office & Outlook -Have experience in Marketing, Press or PR-Have experience with Websites & Social media, including media and video-Have experience as a PA or similar-Be able to schedule quickly and efficiently-Be very familiar or have experience with hospitality, food and farming-Have an excellent eye for detail and be able to proof read a diverse range of documents-Have great soft skills communication, relationship building, negotiation-Have a strong moral compassThe role will be full-time, between 32- 42, but we are flexible, its more important to find the right person! Work wise you will based between Totnes and up on our farm, Baddaford, so being able to drive is essential. Salary 29 - 34k - dependent on experience. You will also receive a range of perks, inc tronc of approx. 4-6k, overnights stays at The Bull Inn with a 3x course meal for 2, so you get to enjoy the full Bull experience, staff parties and a fantastic Employment Assistant Programme.
