Job Description We are looking for Production Supervisor Pay: 14.50 an hour Location: Tiverton Immediate start Previous production supervisor or team leader background needed Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm but also could be working 7am-5pm or 8am-5pm Temporary to permanent contract JDR is recruiting for a Production Supervisor to work in a manufacturing site in Tiverton, Devon. The role: As a Production Supervisor you will be working within a manufacturing environment and your duties will be as followed:Supervise and coordinate production activities for the productMonitor quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards.Train, motivate, and manage production staff.Maintain health and safety compliance across all operations.Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.Ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met.Collaborate with other departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Logistics) to optimise operations.Run & Maintain machinery.
