CNC Setter

Position: CNC Setter Location: Tipton Salary: 15 - 17 per hour (DOE) CNC Setter required to join a manufacturing company that is based in the Tipton area. This company is looking for a CNC Setter that has experience with Milling or Turning. CNC Setter Job Overview Set and Operate Siemens controlled CNC Milling machines Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to determine machining requirements. Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets to optimize performance and ensure tight tolerances. Conduct regular inspections of produced parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc) Maintain accurate records of setups, adjustments, and maintenance performed. Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance as needed. CNC Setter Job Requirements Previous CNC Milling or Turning experience -Setting and Operating Programming experience is advantageous but not required Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Familiarity with various materials Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
