Assembly Operative (Days or Afternoons ) Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Based in Tipton , West Midlands Pay 12.40 per hour plus shift allowance for afternoons or nights only Shifts: 06:00am - 2.00pm OR 2.00pm - 10.00pm Available (PICK YOUR SET SHIFT (TRAINING WILL BE ON DAY SHIFT 6AM -2PM ) Are you an experienced Production Operative / Assembly line worker looking for a long-term opportunity working for a leading world wide manufacturing company The Role: As a Production/ Assembly Operative, you will be using a range of hand Power tools and measuring devices working on a busy fast paced production line Assembling products Manual handling and using trimming tools Using Measuring equipment and devices Following instructions from drawings Quality inspecting finished product Key Responsibilities Read and follow instructions from technical plans and drawings Minimise material waste and ensure a high-quality finish Handle materials in line with health & safety standards Support product changeovers and continuous improvement processes About You: We're seeking a motivated, reliable individual with: At least 2 years experience in Assembly work , based in a factory environment Strong attention to detail and quality is a must Confidence reading drawings/specifications A basic level of PC literacy An organised and safety-conscious approach Please apply online if you have relevant experience and are available immediately TPBN1_UKTJ
