Warehouse Supervisor Port Centric Operations Tilbury Area 06:0014:00 / 12:0020:00 Weekly Rotation 31,500 35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Premier Recruit are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy port-centric operation handling the import and distribution of building materials . This is a hands-on role overseeing day-to-day warehouse activity within a fast-paced environment, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the warehouse team to achieve daily targets and KPIs Delegate workloads and oversee all picking, goods-in, and goods-out operations Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety, and quality across all warehouse activities Lead by example, promoting teamwork, communication, and a proactive working culture Monitor stock movements and coordinate closely with transport and logistics teams Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively Requirements: Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential) Proven experience supervising or leading warehouse teams Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Background in port-centric or import/export operations is highly desirable Flexible and reliable with a positive approach to work TPBN1_UKTJ
