Job DescriptionAbout the Job Role | Senior Employee Relations Case Advisor Areas | Employee Relations, Complex Casework, Policy Advice, Employment Law Based | 4 days in Office Hybrid working available Offer | Band 6Hi Were working with a forward-thinking organisation that is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Employee Relations Case Advisor to lead on complex casework and provide expert guidance to managers across the business. If youre passionate about fair, consistent and legally sound employee relations, this could be your next challenge. As a Senior Employee Relations Case Advisor, you will:Provide expert advice to managers on a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence casesLead on complex, high-risk, or sensitive casework, including appeals and investigationsAct as a point of escalation and support less experienced HR team membersReview and improve ER processes and documentation to ensure best practice and legal complianceWork closely with legal advisors, trade unions and stakeholders where appropriateMonitor ER trends and report on key themes to inform policy and organisational learning What were looking for:Strong background in employee relations, ideally in a large or complex organisationExcellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practiceExperience managing complex or high-risk ER cases from start to resolutionComfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and coaching managers through difficult situationsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detailCIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred What we offer:A supportive and collaborative HR teamOpportunities to shape and influence ER strategy and policiesHybrid and flexible working arrangementsGenerous annual leave and pension schemeOngoing training and development opportunities
