Our aim is identifying and exploiting real estate development opportunities and enhancing the return potential for our clients. We focus on delivering strong capital growth and consistent income streams across residential, commercial, and development assets.The Role:You will provide top-tier administrative support to senior leadership, streamline core office operations, and assist with any day to day tasks from management. This hands-on role is pivotal in ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support for senior leadership: diary management, meetings coordination and reports.Oversee daily office operations: correspondence, onboarding assistance, vendor communicationHandle finance-related admin: processing invoices and receipts, assisting with budgets and payroll tasksSupport with meetings - scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-through on actionsWhat Were Looking For:15+ years in senior-level administration (Similar field would be ideal, but not a must)Highly organised with strong attention to detailExcellent written and spoken EnglishProficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressureMust reside near CR7 (Thornton Heath), have a car and UK driving license.Interview Process:Remote via Zoom/Teams.If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please apply and we will be in touch.
