We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Melmerby youll be responsible for: Directly line managing 15 20 Operations Assistants, ensuring work has been delegated appropriatelyConducting annual reviews, probation meetings, recruitment and absence managementEnsuring the team have hit KPIs and verifying all picking, packing and loading have been completed correctlyGetting stuck into warehouse duties and supporting the teamThis is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 2.00pm 10.00pmAnd heres what wed like you to have:Previous warehouse experience with a history of completing warehouse duties effectivelyPeople and talent management skills.
