Talent Acquisition Partner

My client is a well-established and fast growing organisation who are going through an exciting period of expansion. Due to this, I am looking for an experiencedTalent Acquisition Partnerto join the team initially on aninterim basis , to support the full recruitment cycle acrosscentral functionsincluding HR, Finance, IT, and Legal. You’ll be responsible for managing theend-to-end recruitment process , working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a smooth and effective talent strategy during a key period of growth. Key Responsibilities Include; Partner with hiring managers and people teams to deliver recruitment aligned to our business and people plans Full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer management Use a variety of sourcing methods to build strong talent pipelines, particularly for business-critical roles Represent the organisation at assessment centres, open days, and job fairs – showcasing the busiess as an employer of choice Coach stakeholders on best-practice interviewing and candidate assessment techniques Maintain high standards of candidate data in ourATSand provide regular reporting and insights Champion a high-quality candidate experience and recruitment process across the business Ideal Candidate Experience: Proven experience inTalent AcquisitionorRecruitment Business Partnering,ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth setting Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels Comfortable managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and process excellence ATS experience and a data-led approach to recruitment reporting would be advantageous Passion for hiring, candidate experience, and employer branding Summary; This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team and have a real impact on how we grow and hire.
