Vehicle Technician Supervisor (Mechanical or Electrical Bias) Location: Thetford Working Hours: MonFri, 08:0016:30 (+ overtime/weekends as needed) Salary: Negotiable, DOE Position 1 Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing company on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician Supervisor. In this hands-on role, youll lead a small team focused on the build and delivery of prototype and limited-line vehicles, combining technical expertise with leadership to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the build team on prototype and production vehicles Oversee assembly processes and quality checks Liaise with project managers, engineers, and procurement Uphold Health & Safety standards and manage PPE/tooling requirements Travel to customer sites across the UK when required Requirements: Strong mechanical or electrical vehicle background Proven leadership or supervisory experience Knowledge of build processes, safety procedures, and documentation Confident working independently and as part of a team Desirable: IMI qualification or electric/hybrid vehicle training First Aid and Fire Warden certifications Full UK driving licence (Cat D and/or Cat C2 advantageous) If you would like to know more information about this role, please contact Kirsty on 01493 738276 TPBN1_UKTJ
