In this role, youll be out in the field ensuring our solar PV systems stay safe, reliable, and performing at their best.What youll be doingCarrying out routine maintenance, testing, and repairs on solar PV systemsDelivering preventative and corrective maintenance (planned and reactive)Fault finding and troubleshooting on both AC and DC systemsRecording daily activities through our online reporting systemCompleting risk assessments and reporting any near missesSupervising and coordinating contractors to maintain H&S complianceKeeping detailed and accurate maintenance and testing recordsStaying compliant with fire, health, and safety requirementsBeing flexible for occasional nights away and weekend rota work (with additional pay)What youll bringLevel 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical InstallationsC&G 2382-18 and 2391-52 (or equivalent)HV AP qualification3+ years experience in Solar PV O&M (ground mount)Solid knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, high voltage systems, and test equipmentFamiliarity with CCTV and SCADA systemsFirst Aid and Fire Marshal training (or willingness to train)Harness and IOSH qualifications (desirable training provided if needed)Whats on offerAdditional weekend rota payKPI-driven bonus schemeTraining opportunities up to Level 4Pension (up to 6% employer contributions)Full private health cover4x life cover33 days holiday (including bank holidays)Company vehicle, mobile, PC, and PPE providedJob Type: Full-timeApplication question(s):Do you hold a Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installations, along with C&G 2382-18 and 2391-52 (or equivalent)?
