The Role As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components from engineering drawings. You'll be working to tight tolerances and deadlines, with a strong emphasis on maintaining exceptional standards at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme, set, and operate CNC machines from technical drawingsManufacture components to tight tolerances and high specificationsEnsure all work meets strict quality standardsWork efficiently to meet production deadlinesCollaborate with colleagues to maintain a productive workshop environmentAbout YouProven experience as a CNC MachinistStrong CNC and manual milling experience (essential)Ability to read and interpret engineering drawingsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityFlexible, reliable, and a strong team playerDesirable (but not essential):Experience with Hurco CNC machinesFamiliarity with Siemens and/or Fanuc controlsCNC turning experience Training can be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and foundational skills.What's on OfferCompetitive salary (negotiable depending on experience)Overtime opportunities availableOn-site parkingImmediate interview and start availableLong-term stability with a growing businessWorking HoursFull-time: 40 hours per weekOvertime available when required Location This is an on-site role based in Watton.
