In this hands-on role, youll lead a small team focused on the build and delivery of prototype and limited-line vehicles, combining technical expertise with leadership to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the build team on prototype and production vehiclesOversee assembly processes and quality checksLiaise with project managers, engineers, and procurementUphold Health & Safety standards and manage PPE/tooling requirementsTravel to customer sites across the UK when requiredRequirements:Strong mechanical or electrical vehicle backgroundProven leadership or supervisory experienceKnowledge of build processes, safety procedures, and documentationConfident working independently and as part of a teamDesirable:IMI qualification or electric/hybrid vehicle trainingFirst Aid and Fire Warden certificationsFull UK driving licence (Cat D and/or Cat C2 advantageous)If you would like to know more information about this role, please contact Kirsty on 01493 738276JBRP1_UKTJ
