Job Description FM Conway are searching for an enthusiasticPlant Operative to join us at our Theale Asphalt Plant. As ourPlant Operativeyou will need to operate the plant and associated equipment to facilitate production of materials for our customers needs. You will join us on a permanent basis, working a mixture of day and night shifts.nnThe duties of the Plant Operative role will include:nn- Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner that complies with FMC proceduresnn- Loading of material onto vehiclesnn- Undertaking all loading shovel operations as requirednn- Operating all weighbridge functions as requirednn- Following site Health & Safety proceduresnn- Contributing to overall well-being and profitability of the site and the businessnnWhat skills and experience do you need?nnTo be considered for this role It is essential that you are a team player, with good communications skills and a full UK driving license. You will be flexible, computer literate and health and safety conscious.
