Act as the first point of contact for all new enquiries and prospects, understanding their insurance needs as they evolve. Manage opportunities from first contact through to conclusion, ensuring exceptional service at every stage. Promote and upsell the wider range of products and services across the business, collaborating with other business areas. Maintain compliance with FCA, PRA and regulatory standards, always acting with integrity and professionalism. What Were Looking For Proven sales experience, ideally within insurance. Experience working in a targeted, results-driven environment. Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Cert CII qualified, working towards, or willing to study towards. What Youll Get Competitive salary package.
