Underwriting Assistant

Development Underwriting Executive Location: Cheltenham Outskirts Salary: Up to 32,000 + Uncapped Commission Benefits: Fantastic company culture, great benefits (free stuff!) and real career growth, rewarding performance You will be a key conduit between our broker partners and capacity providers, managing referrals, inbound and outbound calls from brokers and ensuring the correct risks are going on cover with us You need to be comfortable managing large volumes of referrals and leads through phone and email volume Industry experience would be ideal but doesnt have to be from an Underwriting background People person who will be comfortable building relationships and maximizing them Strong data analysis to drive partners forward Implementation planning and stakeholder management (internal and external) About the Company Our client is afast-growing, award-winning provider of specialist insurance, consulting, and financial services to niche markets.
