Management Accountant Tewkesbury Salary: 49,000 Location: Tewkesbury Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Work Pattern: Office-based We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Management Accountant to join a busy finance team in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering accurate financial information to support business decision-making. You will work closely with managers across the business, providing insight, analysis, and reporting to drive performance and support strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, including accruals, journals, and reconciliations Analyse financial performance, investigate variances, and provide clear insights Support stock valuations, depot accounts, and production analysis Maintain and develop sales data analysis using Excel and internal systems Assist with audits, year-end processes, and financial reporting requirements Partner with internal stakeholders to support business performance What We're Looking For CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified Previous experience in a Management Accountant role, ideally within manufacturing Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data Knowledge of Sage 200 and Access (desirable) Excellent organisation and time management skills High attention to detail with a proactive and analytical approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Apply Competitive salary of 49,000 Varied and commercially focused role Opportunity to make a real impact within the finance function Interested?
