The firms litigation team is consistently highly ranked in leading legal directories and works with a wide range of recognised clients and organisations.Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and busy team.Experience required: Contentious landlord and tenant matters (residential and commercial)Acting for both landlords and tenantsBoundary disputesGeneral property disputesTOLATA claimsProfessional negligence claims relating to propertyBroader commercial/general litigation experience (advantageous)Skills and attributes: Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PDF software and case management systems)Advocacy experience where requiredAbility to work effectively under pressure and as part of a teamStrong client care and communication skillsExperience managing client expectationsEnthusiasm for business development and contributing to the growth of the teamThis role involves significant client contact and would suit someone confident working under supervision, meeting deadlines, and contributing positively to a dispute resolution team.Candidates with approximately 25 years PQE are encouraged to apply, though applicants outside this range with relevant experience and motivation will also be considered. xjdpvnf Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available.
