We're looking for a compassionate, confident, and capable Team Leader to support children and young people with complex needs in a safe, supportive home environment.What Youll Do:Lead and support a team of care staffTake charge of shifts and ensure effective handoversSupport young people with daily living skills, personal care, and emotional wellbeingHelp develop and implement care plans and support strategiesBuild strong, professional relationships with families and external agenciesMaintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and reportsEncourage independence and personal growth in every young person you supportWhat You Bring:Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skillsA full UK driving licence (or actively working towards one)Willingness to undertake further trainingA genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young peopleDesirable:Experience in residential childcare or mental health supportConfidence managing behaviours that challengeWhat Youll Receive:14 per hour40 hours per week28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)Ongoing training and developmentSupportive leadership and clear progression opportunitiesThe opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of young peopleIf you're ready to take the next step in your care career, we want to hear from you.
