Our clients include leading environmental consulting, engineering, and construction firms worldwide.About the RoleAs Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in qualifying client projects, designing bespoke remediation solutions, and providing high-quality proposals and technical support. You will collaborate with teams across Europe and the USA, contributing to innovative technical projects. This varied role covers all REGENESIS remediation designs and projects throughout the UK and Scandinavia.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate site data and client requirements to qualify projectsDevelop robust technical designs and proposals in collaboration with our District Manager and Remediation Services teamsProvide technical feedback and support to clients, including on-site visits as neededReview remediation validation data and support the ongoing improvement of our solutionsParticipate in conferences, technical meetings, and deliver presentations to promote REGENESIS solutionsAssist marketing with case studies, articles, webinars, and other content as requiredUndertake necessary site work and maintain ongoing professional developmentCandidate Profile3+ years minimum experience in the contaminated land sectorUniversity degree in a relevant subject (Environmental Sciences, Hydrogeology, Geology)Experience in conceptual site modelling and remediation designs advantageousExcellent communication and organisational skillsOrganised and able to work to deadlinesStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and AutoCADProficient in English (written and spoken)Additional European languages advantageousFull UK car driving licenceWhat We OfferSalary and bonus; £45,000-£60,000 depending on experience and qualificationsCompany pension schemeRemote and flexible working arrangements (including fully remote or hybrid options)Travel opportunities within the UK and ScandinaviaOngoing professional development and trainingSupportive, collaborative, and innovative work environmentThe chance to make a tangible difference in environmental remediationHow to applyReady to join a forward-thinking company making a positive impact on the environment?
