This is a long-term, full-time role offering competitive hourly pay, depending on your experience and skillset. Key Responsibilities: Draught sealing, overhauling, and repairing existing timber sash windows Installing new timber sashes into existing boxes Carrying out technical timber repairs Fitting complete new timber sash windows and boxes Installing timber doors into existing frames Installing complete new timber doors and frames Fitting timber casement windows and frames Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience installing timber windows and doors Strong attention to detail A proactive attitude and willingness to improve your skills Good communication and teamwork skills Location & Travel: Work is typically within a 40-mile radius of the workshop in Telford , though some jobs may require travel further across the West Midlands .
