Conveyancing Lawyer Private Property Location: Shrewsbury, Telford and Wolverhampton Job Type: Full-time, Office-based Starting Salary 48,000pa Experience Required: Minimum 3 years PQE or equivalent An established and forward-thinking firm is seeking experienced Conveyancing Lawyers to join its busy and growing Private Property team. With multiple offices across the region, the firm serves a diverse client base at local, regional, and national levels, and is known for delivering high-quality legal services. Roles are available at the Shrewsbury, Telford, and Wolverhampton offices. The Role: You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages New build transactions Transfers of equity You will play a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and other third parties. There are also opportunities to contribute to business development and client engagement initiatives. What We're Looking For: At least 3 years post-qualification experience (or equivalent) in residential conveyancing within a reputable legal environment Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes Ability to manage your own caseload independently and work under pressure Excellent organisational and written communication skills Confident IT user with experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and effective file management Understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct in relation to referrals and Money Laundering Regulations Experience in Landlord and Tenant matters or leasehold extensions (desirable but not essential) If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role within a professional and collaborative team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
