Nights - General Operative - Brake Press Operative

Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Operative to join a busy sheet metal production team. This role involves supporting production activities, maintaining a safe working environment, and assisting with machinery and general workshop duties. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 16:30 - 05:00 (48 hours per week) Pay rate: 12.21 per hour for the first 39 hours, and 16.28 per hour for the remaining 9 hours of the final shift. This position may lead to a full-time, permanent opportunity following a successful trial period. Requirements Previous experience operating a brake press is desirable Prior experience working within the sheet metal industry Confident using hand and power tools Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and willing to adapt to various production tasks Responsibilities Assisting with general production duties within the sheet metal workshop Operating machinery , including the brake press (where applicable) Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following all company procedures and health 'safety guidelines TPBN1_UKTJ
