Press Brake Operator Day and Night

About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing subcontract sheet metal and fabrication company based in Telford. The company specialises in high-quality metal fabrication and is now seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join their night shift team. Key Duties & Responsibilities Operate Amada press brakes to manufacture components from sheet metal. Measure, align, and inspect materials to ensure compliance with specifications. Carry out quality checks to meet required standards. Perform routine maintenance on press brake equipment. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area. Carry out other duties as assigned. Skills & Requirements Previous experience in operating Amada Press Brakes preferred (minimum 1 year desirable). Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical product plans. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer and maths skills. Physically fit and able to stand, push, pull, lift, and carry materials during the shift. Strong ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Benefits 31 days paid holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays and Christmas shutdown).
