Front of House Manager – Luxury Country House Hotel, South West England £40,000 per annum Package:Role: Front of House Manager Location: South West EnglandSalary: £40,000 per annum + service charge/troncContract: Full-time, 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends as requiredWe’re working with a luxury country house hotel in the South West of England to appoint a Front of House Manager to lead their guest-facing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing reception, duty management and nights, ensuring a seamless experience from pre-arrival through to departure.The Role:Lead, support and develop the reception, duty and night teams Oversee the full guest journey, ensuring warm, professional and efficient serviceManage day-to-day front office operations, standards and proceduresWork closely with the senior management team to drive service, efficiency and consistencySupport with scheduling, training, reviews and ongoing team developmentAct as a visible duty manager presence across the hotel when requiredAbout You:Currently a Head of Department or strong Assistant Front of House Manager ready to step upExperience within quality hotels, ideally luxury or boutiqueA natural people leader – calm, confident and approachableHighly organised, with strong time-management and communication skillsComfortable working across reception, duty management and night operationsTech-savvy with experience of hotel PMS (Opera or similar an advantage)This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Front of House leader to take on a key role within a highly regarded, guest-focused property.
