Bookkeeper (Technician) – Outsourced Finance – Taunton or Yeovil The roleOur Outsourced Finance team allow businesses to outsource many of their financial functions, including undertaking the administrative tasks of bookkeeping, management accounts and VAT returns. We’re looking for a Bookkeeper with experience to join our well established and supportive team, to be based in our Taunton or Yeovil office.Within this role you will be responsible for maintaining records and preparing VAT returns for a portfolio of SME clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. What we need from youIdeally you will:Be AAT part qualified or qualifiedHave proven experience in a bookkeeping roleHave a strong understanding of VAT and bookkeeping principlesBe proficient in cloud accounting software such as XeroBe a confident and collaborative team playerShow excellent people skills and the ability to offer outstanding customer service to clientsHave self-motivation and a strong work ethicHave excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsWe understand that not everyone will come with these exact requirements.
